  1. The effects of UHI and ‘adjustments’ to the temperature record by meteorological offices make up the totality of so-called ‘Global Warming’ and ‘CAGW’ in the past. These causes now mask the present decline of temperatures world-wide.
    The look of the new Blog Site is an excellent improvement.

  2. You can treat this study with a large grain of salt.

    They talk about trees and their effect on “human thermal comfort” .

    Trees (unless you are directly under the shade of one) reduce temperatures by transpiration that increases humidity and hence reduces the temperature, due the greater thermal capacity of humid air.
    .
    Which has no effect on “human thermal comfort” because our capacity to lose heat is a function of humidity
