  1. Antarctic sea ice is now well ahead of last year, and the current 1.2 million sq km anomaly is about a 20% increase over the average for this time of year. Wonder how that will affect our weather, especially here on the West coast..

  2. The latest sitrep mentions low cloud and light snowfall. Foolish to put helis up in those conditions.
