It is obvious the dark blue supply is predicted to be less in summer 2017-18.
Maybe some gas units are slated for mothballing or shutdown but surely our rulers would not be so gormless as to allow that.

It seems that NSW and Vic are also on the brink of not enough capacity. Qld and Tas seem to have spare capacity selling to NSW and Vic respectively to keep the lights on. If Hazelwood is shut down that would give additional problems to Vic, SA, NSW and even Tas.
