  1. I watched the video of the maiden speech of Malcolm Roberts.
Wow, if I was an Australian he would have my vote.

Why cant we find someone like that in New Zealand?

  2. The Nationals are proposing a tax change that will funnel money away from Canberra and overseas into the WA economy.

The mining companies don’t like the change and are running IMO highly misleading ads against the Nationals, which will get traction in the Pilbara where the entire economy is mining.

This really stems from the bizzare and completely indefensible arrangements for distributing GST revenue.

  3. Yesterday PH was whingeing on radio about Senator Culleton not being a team player. It seems obvious he is running on his own agenda and she should cut her losses and sack him from PHON. Would have been better to speak on radio against the Prime Ministers idea of a Mark II Carbon Tax. PHON is the only party pledged to axe the RET scheme and she should trumpet that as power prices are rising. Now we see today even the Minister is hosing down what Turnbull said.

PHON should have lead the way.
