Glenn Barlow has kindly sent in an Excel file of 35 Btn rolls transcribed from the Official History, there is an alphabetical list and also a list by rank.
There are also indications as to where people served and casualties.
Thanks to Glenn for putting in his time to generate this valuable resource.
By a process of crosschecking I can see there are many inaccuracies and omissions in these data, no doubt due to the primary records being kept under stress during the Solomons campaign.
However those are not good enough reasons not to post the file.
For anyone using the file do not jump to the conclusion that the information in this xls file is correct,  remember to crosscheck against other sources.
